DESIGN

Using in-house Creaform® 3D scanning equipment, Unitronic Hardware Engineers capture exact dimensions of the engine bay and surrounding components, enabling them to design parts with millimeter-perfect accuracy. This data is imported into advanced CAD software, where components are rapidly prototyped and 3D printed for test fitting and validation. The result? A direct bolt-on solution with OEM-like fitment, no surprises, and dependable performance.

Featuring a CNC-machined billet aluminum turbo inlet paired with a multi-ply reinforced silicone hose with a true, straight-through 3" internal diameter, this kit eliminates the airflow restrictions of the factory components. Together, these pieces work in harmony to significantly reduce turbulence and pressure drop, delivering up to 31% more airflow to the turbocharger. The result is quicker spool, improved throttle response, and increased power potential—especially when combined with Unitronic’s Carbon Fiber Intake and Air Duct.
